  1. provide better/live support for payments that have errors

    got an error on two different cards. error is vague and unhelpful.
    "Error you can try again, or come back later and try connecting then". and clearly there's no problems with the two cards I tried. why isn't there live support?

  4. Don't link to the payment invoice through email.

    The vendor sent my payment link as an email. I have a personal rule not to click through and follow links in email (no matter how legit they appear). Following a link in an email and then entering personal or financial information is unsafe. I did not like that this was the only way the vendor provided me with a payment option.

  9. Manually entering account information is ancient history!

    Making me type in my account numbers manually every month is ridiculous. Allow me to setup auto pay / take paypal, credit or debit.
