  6. Online bill

    I usually get the bill when it's already past due. Perhaps this isn't an issue for you. This bill due 8/16 but I didn't get it until today 8/24.

    When you start entering card number site goes to section where card information will auto load but site won't take it.

  18. Please provide a credit card receipt when we take/apply payments for our customerss

    When our customers pay with credit card through the link on their invoice they receive a credit card receipt. However, some customers send us their CC information and want us to process the payment. When we process the payment ourselves we have only a paid invoice as a receipt and do not receive an actual credit card receipt. Is there something that we are not doing correctly or is there not an option to receive a credit card receipt unless process through the link on the invoice itself?

  19. Our company sometimes requires a down payment before the event starts. It would be nice if we had a way to do the ach without an invoice.
