  1. Invoice directly

    Send me an email with the invoice directly, rather than a generic email to log onto your portal. Logging onto the portal is multiple extra steps for me, and I'm not going to do it unless I absolutely have to.

  2. Invoice number in email subject line

    I receive multiple email invoices from same vendor. With each property repair, he sends an invoice, which is great. However much easier to find and deal with if the invoice numbers are in the subject line. The subjects are all the same...."Invoice from company name".

  8. anything acceptable in account name! Trust account did not fit, And you tried to correct Madaline. That is how Mom spells it. Ridiculous.

    could not enter actual account name! Just leave it free text? Who are you to tell me what the name of the account is or the spelling of account holder's name!

    SEND INVOICE ON TIME EACH MONTH RATHER THAN WAIT AT THE END OF THE YEAR. RESPOND TO EMAILS, TURN AROUND TIME SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 2 DAYS INTEAD OF NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
