Customers should be able go on to invoices instead of requesting invoice from technicians when we need make an payments
Landscaping project are very costly. I would love to be able pay in advance. Tech doesn't send out payments instead I had requested 3 different invoices just to get this project financially taken care of before they start

How about putting info in your receipts
When a receipt is sent, how about including information? Blank receipts are pointless and annoying. They carry no information. One could say they are nihilist.
Please add details to receipts. This feature will rocket them from utter pointlessness to having utility and mean I am less likely to abandon your horrifically incompetent organisation.

The receipt is showing as blank when I download it or print it. Remembering previous payment information for ease of payment.
Remember payment methods for multiple payments over time. So you do not have to re-enter each time.

Receipt download button creates blank PDF. Please fix it.
After posting payment with a credit card to the Quickbooks Invoice Payment Portal, the final step allows for download of a receipt. When the button is clicked, the PDF file generates with a header and some ledger lines within the body...but there is no receipt data included in the PDF file. This needs to be fixed.

Send invoice and all tax-related correspondence to the person noted as the primary contact.
Somewhere earlier in the tax-preparation process, notify the primary contact
1) the invoice will be sent via email.
2) tax returns will not be sent until invoice is paid.

Have downloaded payment receipt contain data
2023-04-13 made a payment online
screen showed receipt details (payee, invoice#, amount, confirmation number, etc)
clicked on Download receipt, saved pdf, opened pdfexpected results - information on downloaded document same as what was shown on screen
actual result - one page document with Quickbooks logo, two grey lines in middle of page, two blue lines at bottom of page, no data
Please fix so that actual result is expected result.

I just see a blank page with your header and no receipt. Sigh.
Make sure your "download receipt" actually works on most browsers, like Safari, which it does not.

Pay outstanding Invoices
I would like to have the option to select the outstanding invoices I want to pay with one ACH (bank account) payment instead of paying every invoice separately.

Receipt download did not work
The receipt download did not work. It wanted me to create an account with adobe - I tried but still did not work. The receipt was blank. Also why do I need to log into quickbooks comments to tell you that something does not work.

Allow me to pay through my QBO account, with connected banks.
When a QB user gets an invoice from another QB user allow the user to pay with a connected bank account.

Try sending the invoice to the customer the first time before sending a pay reminder
I was not sent the first invoice before I was sent a reminder to pay the invoice. Also, the invoice was sent BEFORE the work was done. Please send the invoice AFTER the work is completed
