Allow for international postcodes
The system insists on a 5 digit zip code.
Not all countries have those - four digits where I live.
I had to add a zero in front to get the system to accept my payment.1 vote -

Easy step to pay balance due from previous month.
When I pay the via the payment page on Invoice, it does not allow me to pay the balance due. I could not find a way (I may have missed it) the $20 balance from the previous amount. It only allowed me to pay the amount for $695 for this month.

allow for split payments to be made
Since i wasn't expecting such a large amount due after the holidays, I had to transfer money from one account to another in order to have the full amount. Where as if we are afforded to make split payments from multiple accounts that would help.

There is an issue with infrastructure after a natural disaster and access to electronic communications, billing and payment
It would have been much better to receive an invoice in the mail which was up and running weeks before internet access.

Please give a total with and without credit card processing fee
Good afternoon. Hope all is well. Please give a separate amount for paying dues with and without the Credit Card Processing Fee. Once the person select their method of payment, the invoice should adjust accordingly. However, there is a balance after editing the amount paying by bank transfer.

Double-Checking input
When paying via Bank Account, double check bank account and routing numbers so as to not incur a fee if numbers are wrongly input.

Early Pay Discount
A field to apply the early pay discount. I should have been able to pay $20.29 less on the attached invoice.
