make the save info for future payments and subsequent sign-in link more visible
It is not obvious to most customers that they need to "sign-in" to pay and access saved payment information. I repeatedly have customers complaining that they don't like having to re-enter their payment info.

Difference in balances from invoice totals to amount billed to the website
When I open a bill, it says I owe $100, then I scroll down and it says $200. So when I go to pay the bill, it says I owe $100 but when I pay the $200, it says I have a credit of $100. Do I owe $100 or $200? I pay the $200 to be safe. Why is the invoice/payment due, not matching?

Pre-select date to be paid
Give an option to pick the day that the invoice is paid. Right now it appears unless you go online on the day you want to pay, there is no other options.

Have a payment link in the actual Invoice
Link in the actual Invoice would ensure a quicker, smoother transaction. Although, once I located the original email (it was buried under many emails with that company), it was extremely easy to pay!

Business accounts
Our account is a Business and your form asks for first and last name.
When we enter "Business" your form should change to "Company name"6 votes -

Company Name on receipts
My company operates in Mexico, IRS requires all receipts to "look" formal and include company name and details both emitter (mine) and receiver (yours). Please add that information in email receipt.

Mail me a bill. Or email me more often to let me know I have a bill. The poor vendor was waiting for months. They didn't know they didn't receive money from us and we didn't know we didn't pay them.

When paying using a business acount it should not ask for account holder's first and last name (there is none, it's a company account)
