Use your own SparkPay cart to bill for SparkPay cart services. Looks like you don't trust your own cart, and the intuit cart does not look legit. How many phishing emails do people get per day requesting credit card information? Lots. It didn't look like a real SparkPay site, so I didn't pay it.

Allow customization of payment request email
Allow the colors and layouts of outbound invoice emails to be customized.

Send invoice and all tax-related correspondence to the person noted as the primary contact.
Somewhere earlier in the tax-preparation process, notify the primary contact
1) the invoice will be sent via email.
2) tax returns will not be sent until invoice is paid.

Allow more information regarding customers to be saved to each individual customer.
When inputting data for a new customer or even editing an existing customers information, it would make QBO a much more desireable product if there was the option to set specific hourly labor rates for each individual customer. I do not have 1 set hourly rate, it changes depending on the situation (distance, condition of equipment, how much time that location will require) and it makes the process of trying to get invoices sent out quickly extremely troublesome with the need to go find the agreement with the customer to verify pricing.
I could create a service for each customer…

WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DETAILED LIST OF ALL EMPLOYEES ON THE INVOICE. OTHER VENDORS HAVE THIS WITH THEIR BILL. IT IS FRUSTRATING TO NOT SEE WHO IS LISTED ON THE BILL

make it easier to get a copy of an invoice that shows it was paid
After I pay an invoice, there is a link to download a copy of the invoice. But that pdf copy doesn't show the invoice was paid! If I go back to the "payment request" email and click on "review and pay," that will take me to a page saying the invoice was paid and will let me download a proper invoice saying "PAID." But those extra steps shouldn't be necessary, especially because most of the time I do that I'm forced to log in again -- including getting a 2FA code from my authenticator app and submitting it. Auto-populate bill info into QBO Vendors > Bills in my own account.
When I pay a vendor's bill who is using QBO, I would like the information to automatically transfer to my own QBO account so that I don't have to manually enter the bill and payment again.

Make it more difficult to make a double payment
Needed to pay a large invoice, so was required to split total into 2 equal payments. It only took 1 click to process second payment. Could see how you could make that 2nd payment in error. I believe you are not able to pay more than invoice.

You should accept few most common payment methods such as PayPal, Apple, Venmo etc

Make an option to pay total of new charges or total of all charges.
A lot of people submit a check payment and, before it gets recorded, gets another invoice. So when going to pay the new invoice it should show the total new charges first, and also an option to pay all outstanding charges in case they forgot to pay the last invoice. They can click the box that they want to pay, or enter a custom amount.

It would be much better for us to have an area that can be filled in so we know (e,g, in my case) which property had this plumbing done and the service date. If that field(s) could be on the invoice, and then transferred to the 'PAID' receipt, it would help so much. I just paid a $300 invoice and all that was on it was an 'authorization ID' plus the amount I paid, and the due date. So why not have an area for the invoice number, the date of service and a brief description of where the work…
