You treat everyone like children, Your site is not user friendly. It took me awhile to figure out I could make a partial payment. Now your charging me interest. You should allow a couple extra days as adult student live very busy lives. We are not like the teenagers who dont care if their at school b/c they are forced to be there.

I don't see a place to add a tip.
I don't understand why a zip code is needed. I don't come across this with any other catering companies. The customers paying for the meal don't usually know the zip code used for their corporate cards.

Include on printed recietp the service rendered and date rendered. (2) format printing so fits on one page

Allow us to make a note on receipt to identify reason for payment
I want to know what I paid an amount for instead of just seeing numbers on the invoice. I don't want to have to research what the invoice or payment was for.

Your system works fine till it's time to print out the receipt. That does not work.
Print receipt does not work. Many have reported this, so why isn't it fixed?

reacurring payments
I am trying to set up recurring invoices and an autopay for my customers. I am setting it up and then going to process the payment but the credit cards are getting declined. The customers cards are fine, but there is no place to put a CCV code, and I believe they are getting kicked back becsaue of this. How do I get this fixed?

It’s works with Safari but not Chrome. I default to Chrome so I have a few extra steps to paste the link

On the Payment Sent Scre
On the "Payment sent" screen, I only see the name of the company being paid (paid to... Supplier Company Inc.)
I would like to see my company name there to (paid from... MyCompany Inc.)

Matching credit card payments with invoice
In the months of October and November I have been having a problem reconciling the monthly bank statement. The Qb's is not matching the net proceeds received from the bank. IE: The bank deposit is $4400.04, the matching invoices total 1470.00. After checking the paid invoices and making the merchant services charge, of(- 9.96), it shows the proper amount of 4400.04 and it is saved. Upon perusal of the Bank Register it shows separate invoice totals. This is unacceptable and impossible to reconcile. SO, I delete the invoices showing in the register and it throws $4410.00 (the original total of…
