Your gateway accepts AmEx, but the merchant does not... I understand you don't control that, but there needs to be a better message than the generic error message once we've entered the card information...

Save paper-make email payment confirmations smaller
Email payment confirmations take up 2 pages now--with lots of useless blank space/white space. Make it so they fit on one page--many of us print these for our files and the current layout of the form is a waste. Thanks for considering

Allow us to stay logged in & to set up AutoPayment
It would be fantastic to Quickbooks allowed users to stay logged in as well as set up autopayment (with reminder alerts).

You show the icon for Amex...?? So why not allow the payment. Either allow- or remove the Amex icon to avoid confusion and delays.

Today I could not see my invoice. Usually I can before I pay the bill. I had to go ahead and pay the invoice without seeing it this month,

Send invoices closer to the due date. We never know which month we are paying for.
Send the invoice 2 weeks before it is due, not 6 weeks!
