Directions
The email does not say that you could pay through the link. I had to call Lynn to the office and then wait an extra day for someone to come in and tell me I needed to click on the link. If payment instructions would have been on the email I would have paid yesterday. Thank you

This was AMAZING!
Incorporating APPLE PAY is a genius idea! I just paid my bill from my iPad (a link from my e-mail) in less than 30 seconds (using my Touch ID)! Thank you for making this so easy! :-)

Option to remove customer name on invoice
It would be a great option to be able to remove the customers name under the bill to box on invoices so it only shows the comapny name.

Autopopulate
Do not let it autopopulate. The 2nd time I went to pay, it autopopulated from WHAT I THOUGHT was my previous payment. Turns out, the routing number was correct, but the account number was NOT. Ergo, I had to pay a $25.00 fee for a late payment.

since the banks send us "counter checks" for our Equity line of credit, we should be able to pay with these checks
wouldn't it be nice to be able to use our equity line of credit bank check to pay for household improvements through this site

I did not trust that the invoice came from the expected issuer
It should be mandatory that the form for submitting payment shows the issuer of the invoice along with their complete contact information. I found it very sketchy that this information was missing.

VISA HAS A SECURITY PROBLEM WITH YOUR SITE!!!
1st: Your site has a security problem!!! Since more than a year.
Every time I want to pay an invoice, my card is getting blocked!
Please work on that!!!2nd: On a Mac book air it is not possible to print an invoice!!!

Create an image of a check being made out to the person you are paying
If payment is coming from a checking account have a image of a check and the person it was made out to. An email confirmation would be nice as well and better security methods.
