Give me an invoice in the form I can save it. Or better yet, give me an invoice that reflects my prior payment so I can verify easily I'm not being double charged.

when I was asked to pay my invoice, I was then asked to create an intuit account. I just wanted to pay without having to sign up for Intuit

Better receipt with greater detail for tax purposes
The receipt is bare bones, isn't detailed enough, and doesn't look like an official receipt (could be questioned by IRS). Would like to have something that looks more official for tax purposes. Thank you.

Have consistent user experience in completing similar fields
Be consistent with the entry of data types. Some fields (expiration date) are formatted to be only numbers keyboard display, while others (e.g. zip code) are alphanumeric keyboard display. Makes for a different user expierience when entering similar data points on a phone.

This is crazy that I have an account that I can log into with my email address and password, but can not see my past payments! INSANE! I am an end user, meaning, I do not pay to have a quickbooks account, I receive a bill from my landlord through quickbooks and pay each month by logging in. The first bill I got, had an option to create an account, which I did, so I do not have to enter my bank information each time. But I can not see any of my past payment? Very dissapointed in quick books…

Nick Names/ Aliases of Accounty
Allow a business who has multiple pay sources to give them a Nick Name (alias), as opposed to simply an account number. Instead of trying to remember each account number, one could go a lot faster if they just click on the business name, we are wanting to pay FROM.

An extra screen to show what the user might do/pay is always better. A confirmation screen.
For Vendors', its better to just let the customer type in the credit card number and click the pay button and everything is done in a second.
However, for the customer, it would be better to show an extra screen to know what will go on, for example a confirmation screen. I'm very surprised that no confirmation screen was there.

Letterhead is needed for the company
I submit this payment to my company for reconciliation of payment from a corporate card. It is best if they have an official letterhead from the company the charge went to.

I have a credit card swiper on my PC
I use a credit card swiper (the magnetic card reader) on my PC so I don't have to manually enter the 16 digit number. However, there is more info on the magnetic stripe than just the card number. When I swipe the card, the first 16 characters on the magnetic stripe enter in the card number field. This includes two leading delimiter characters and the first 14 digits of the card number. How about you put a filter on the card number field so it only accepts numbers and ignore the delimiter characters.

Make sure businesses have a RECOGNIZABLE IDENTIFIER!!!!! (I thought they were spam for 2 months!)
The bill for my storage facility was not showing up with the business name = just "1969"... The IT Department and I both thought it was some sort of mal- ware.

Set up auto pay at customer level
I think it would be good to have auto pay functionality set up at the customer level rather than at the invoice level. That way any invoice to the customer has online payment enabled as a default.
