Make your website actually work
I had to attempt several payment methods and the website wouldn't load 4 hours on end. Now my bank account is showing two of the transactions did go through when I did not receive confirmation and a third did go through which I had to use my credit card on

Deposit hold
Allow a security deposit to be held on card without a charge happening. Very common in rental situations.

Add a direct QB tech support tel # in case of issues logging-in or getting verified thru your system.
The automated system failed to send verification code to my registered cell phone. How do get this fixed? Customer service transfers to Merchant Acct Services --- and MAS back to customer service. Nobody knows tech support for clients trying to PAY bills and how to fix this verification process.

It is not a user friendly for online monthly contributions! And the online website is just ALL wrong. Need to at least make the online monthly payments easy to pay!

Pull the money out of the provided accounts quicker
The money needs to be transferred out of the provided account quicker. Or you need to put a hold on the money immediately, so that it can't be spent by mistake.

Move your sign in block to the center of the invoice screen and make it more obvious so we don't have to look up in the corner for it. Than
Make it easier to find the sign in block when paying for a invoice by making it larger and putting it more towards the center of the screen of right after the invoice amount rather than the small block up in the right corner.
