Registering online to pay bills
Let us register online so we can hold our pmt info in WITHOUT entering SSN and information that you SHOULD NOT be asking for to pay a bill. I have NEVER been asked for that much confidential personal information on any site ever and I pay all my bills online. Asking us to input our SSN? Seriously?

Advertising needs to be removed from invoices. Customers should not see what accounting solution I use.
All advertising should be off the invoices. The QB should not put on my customer invoices which accounting system I use.

Offer "create account" option first
The option to create an account and preserve the information I had entered was at the bottom of the page. Clicking through to create an account cleared the form data. After my account was created, I had to start over from scratch. Entering that information twice was frustrating.

Allow users to pay using the quickbooks App for android and Iphone
Would be easier to just login to the app and pay there and also would be nice to show your history of payments.

Please take the grey background off. It is a waste of printer ink. What's wrong with white?
I don't understand why the invoice has to be on a grey backgrounds? Just make it white it will save a lot of printer ink and It actually looks cleaner.

I prefer paper statements not emails because they get lost in the shuffle. I am never late on my bills but it looks as if I’m always late with you guys. Which is making me think of looking at another company that has paper billing.

Accounts payable category
I still can't understand why you don't have a simple payments in/ bills out set up.
I invoice clients for work done, and get billed by vendors for services they provide to me- I can never understand why you don't have a simple accounts payable side to the balance sheet where I could scan and take in invoices, then track them and pay them.
This is what I really need- the old versions of QB all were set up this way- why isn't the online version the same. If it weren't such a pain in the ass, I would go…4 votes -

Please allow customization/branding of the payment portal. It is so plain that customers are not sure they are paying the right company.
The payment portal for customers paying an invoice has no branding and not even the name of the company they are paying. This is a poor experience and doesn't build trust. Customers are hesitant to input their payment information.

Fix Payment App
I have paid vendor for years via this app. App did not recognize debit card security code, although the card was listed on payment methods. So added new card. Payment posted. Error note: payment method could not be saved. WTF?

put a link to pay my bill under my account
Instead of me going through my emails to find your invoice, you should just have a link under my account. Also I would prefer to have one bill instead of multiple small bills.
