  6. Don’t ask for verification code from a customer who has signed in to his account and then have it be invalid. Way too much trouble

  8. Easier to have an account number to loplug my bill, so I can pay or my husband. Actually sending a paper invoice and not just a email

    Would be much easier if we could get with the 21st century and have an acount number to refer to our account.

  9. Invoice will not print. Payment loading poorly. Hope two payments were not made

    1-Invoice will not print. 2- Payment loaded poorly, not sure 1st payment went through, so I reloaded and payed again. Lot of work required on rewrite of program which also takes forever to load. Not my WiFi speed.

    The printed receipt was extremely basic - please include more information. A print-to-PDF option for people without PDF writers of their own would be fantastic, too.

  15. Tell Me to Control + Click

    The invoicing email I received included a text box "REVIEW AND PAY". Fine. But clicking on the box did not take me to QuickBooks. I had to intuit that it was necessary to Control + click.. If that instruction had been on the invoice, things would have been smooth.

  18. Credit card pay. Wish I had known - I would have used other company.

    Great job on driveway, staff was very helpful and responsive...but I assume I can pay by credit card. Likely would have chosen a different company had I known in advance. Thank you.
