  6. I was in Australia paying a US company. Your form required a 5 digit zip code but we use 4 digits (and call it a postcode).

  7. Must accept credit cards, Paypal, or Venmo.

    Most people have credit cards that have cash back options on purchases. It would be advantageous to allow credit card payments or Paypal to get those perks.

  8. When there are more than one payment due, allow to pay numerous invoices at once.

    Allow the customer to pay more than one invoice at a time when there are several invoices due.

  14. There was no opportunity to add my shipping address.

    I'm communicating with the company by email. They don't have my shipping address yet. It wasn't in the invoice, and I had no opportunity I could see to add or change it.

  15. this was supposed to be easy for everybody, its a nightmare, refuses known cards with know cvv codes, then half the time i never see the ema

    never find the invoice in 350 emails a day, always seem to catch it on the late payment invoice, it rarely accepts known info on the card thats been used for a year,,,, may consider just regular billing unless it becomes more user friendly...
