Enable an annual payment with some kind of discount.
Other vendors offer me a reduced amount if i pay the entire year at once rather than monthly.

Please send a confirmation email of receipt of payment. You state that you do, but I never receive it. I know you have my email, because you send me the invoice by email. The email is emp94@georgetown.edu. Please email me the receipt, as you claim you will do this, but you never do this.

U can message us invoice right on messenger and it goes thru paypal...no fees

make the save info for future payments and subsequent sign-in link more visible
It is not obvious to most customers that they need to "sign-in" to pay and access saved payment information. I repeatedly have customers complaining that they don't like having to re-enter their payment info.

Put a more obvious button on the email for signing in to get to your saved information.
The only link I can now find is in the very smallest of print where is allows you to sign in. The should be a big button either on the email you send out or on the first page you get to when you say you want to pay.

accepting Australian credit cards
Australian credit cards not easily accepted. Requirement to put in a 5 digit post code when Australian post codes are only 4 digit.

Have auto withdrawals without charging more. That’s how everyone else does. Ridiculous!!
Every bill I have is auto withdrawn from my bank account not using my card. And does not charge more to do that. That’s the way of world now. Can’t believe you don’t offer that. Much more secure and paid on time all the time. Easy for all. Ridiculous!!

Stop charging me for two months at a time and do auto pay
If you can please send these invoices monthly so someone doesn’t have to pay for 2 months at a time or more. If there’s an auto pay option please let people know
