Please change the Transaction Statement to show an "Amount Due" Total at bottom and a running balance on the right. This is very urgent!!!
Please show the difference between Invoices Total and Received Total and show an Amount Due Total.

It would be nice if the invoice had some clue as to what I'm paying for - regular service? Pre-paying for repairs?

It would be nice to use a credit card. Furthermore I have saved my information and creatrd an account many times but it never saves my info.
Use of credit card would be much better. Also I have created an account numerous times but it never saves my information. Also, when I try to save a new account it asks for a conformation code via text but no text is ever sent. This is a very very difficult billing system to use!

Change "from" email to MY email address for invoices
I want my invoices to come from MY email address, not some Intuit email address. My customers are not receiving my invoices because of this. What a huge problem! Constant Contact can do this, I expect Quickbooks to be able to do this. I'm on the verge of canceling my service over this.

I would like it if the "download invoice" and the "download receipt" buttons were again made to actually do something
Some websites, and yours previously, have buttons like these which, when clicked, do what they say they do instead of being just graphical elements designed to make the page look pretty. This is actually a useful service, and in the event I had a dispute with the person I am paying through your service, I wouldn't have to dredge through my bank records to show they received their money, or that you did and didn't give it to them. Of course, if that is actually your plan, it does make sense to omit this service, since it might take us…
