Your Error
Your Error msg when attempting to pay by credit card online is lame....it does not give any indication as to what the error is....and 'try again later' has no value. You should provide error info so that the problem can be addressed and corrected......try error codes!!! Frustrating and amateur software. My error experience was simply updating the expiration date on my credit card, but you provided no indication with your generic msg. 10 minutes wasted investigating this problem & correcting it. Not user-friendly.

send out bill closer to when it is due. If I don't pay it when I see it, it gets lost in my e-mails but then I am paying it way early.
send bill closer to when it is due - I usually pay it when I receive it because if I don't, it gets lost in the hundreds of emails I receive so, the bill is actually getting paid way before it is due.

Include a link to a downloadable W-9 for the payee
Let the payee upload a W-9 to Intuit, and allow payors to download it. This will save going back and forth on emails with the payee to obtain this item that is essential for IRS compliance on filing 1099-MISC at year end.

Allow payer to give tips
Allow payer to give a tip/bonus. The invoice comes in with the bill, but there is no way to give anything additional. This would also be nice if something was left off the bill - then you would have an option to add the additional money.

Send it to me in a timely fashion, I can afford $120 weekly, but busting out almost thousand dollar bills is freaking ridiculous.
I love the work you do with my daughter, but I have been asking both my wife and mom why we haven't been getting bills. Thanks for ******* over my quiet comfortable middle class family, I can only imagine what you do to the poor. Bill on time, please. I have asked my wife and mom to question you, and your employees have just said not to worry. $700 later, I'm glad I have a decent job.

Customer needs ability to update personal information and email.
The wrong email is attached to a payment. The customer needs the ability to change/update personal information before submitting a payment and receipt being sent to wrong email address.

I could not pay earlier today because I had to go home and look for an old checkbook. I may have to switch landscape companies because I don't like the idea of putting my check book information on the internet. I have used intuit before and I payed my invoices using my debit card, it was so easy.

the auto fill does not work on pc;
