How about sending the invoice to the right email that is on file and BEFORE it’s due to be cut off!
Or maybe send a paper bill BEFORE it’s due since the internet service is not reliable enough to get invoices and y’all can’t seem to send them BEFORE they are DUE

The due date is incorrect. Work was done on May 15, 2020. Yet the payment says due date is May 1. Gives impression of late payments!
The receipt has the payment date due of May 1. The service was provided on May 15. There needs to be a correct correlation between work performed and the payment due dates. Otherwise the records will show that payment just made (on 5/18) immediately on receipt of invoice on May 18, was actually late!

no option to use my debit card for payment?
In the past...I was able to use my debit card. Why did this payment method change? Not a fan!

Update Debit/Credit Card Infomation
PLEASE allow a USER-FRIENDLY option to update stored debit/credit card information! It is ridiculous that I cannot find any way to update my card. Remember, debit/credit cards EXPIRE and we should have an easy method to update. Ugh. Too bad my service provider only accepts this pitiful payment option (Inuit/Quickbooks). NOT user-friendly!!

I'm going to start an online kratom business and I was wondering if this is the way to go.
I have everything I need except for online payment system. I don't know why Zach attack is using this, high risk? I would like to know why this is the only business that sends the payment after the initial order.

Customer service for payers
There's no way for payers to get customer service in the event something goes wrong. I had a payment go to the wrong bank and it took several weeks to get it sorted out. I had to rely on my payee to contact Intuit to figure out where my money went.
