Customer service for payers
There's no way for payers to get customer service in the event something goes wrong. I had a payment go to the wrong bank and it took several weeks to get it sorted out. I had to rely on my payee to contact Intuit to figure out where my money went.

This absolutely sucks. I sent the wrong amount payment (full instead of monthly install meant and there is no way to cancel the transaction.
