Don’t block foreign IP addresses
I’m traveling abroad in Ecuador. I received an invoice from the same vendor whose invoice I pay every month with QBO. The payment section of the screen would never load - it just sat there and spun. On a hunch, I logged into a US-based VPN and sure enough, the payment section loaded right up. I paid the invoice and went on with my day. But it would have been a real pain for both me and the vendor if I hadn’t realized I needed a VPN, or hadn’t had access to one. It’s a global economy here in 2019;…

I was told I could make a 50% deposit, yet that was not an option
If the vendor allows for a deposit you should give that as an option, also was suppose to be able to download the payment yet it failed.

More security information
Be more transparent and accessible with security information. Nowadays, spam is everywhere and I'm always hesitant to use a new form of payment. The whole process was smooth and seamless, it was great! But I still felt a little uncomfortable and almost didn't use the site. Providing more information about the company and its security would help feel more trust and comfort with using this service. Thanks!

Do not see way to access and download past invoices. Would like to be able to see and download past invoices and annual statement. Please let me know if possible.

Date stamp receipt files
Put the due date of the invoice in the filename of receipts, e.g. "receipt 20190906.pdf" for invoice due on September 6 2019. Then receipt files will be stored in numerical order by due date, making tracking of receipts easier for customers.

Legal Name!!!
You won't allow me to enter my LEGAL NAME - Jo-Ann Belanger. Why?? My first name has a dash / hyphen in it and my last name you have 1,000% WRONG. Belanger and Boulanger are NOT interchangeable!

Unable to make payment using IPhone and iPad while on WiFi. It would be easier if this were possible.

My only complaint is how difficult it is to establish a password. It keep rejecting my ideas.
Your password set up is a Pain in the neck Why can't we decide what password works for us. This is NOT Fort Knox.

See all invoices received. Color code if paid or not.
Would be nice to be able to pull up all invoices received. Invoice # in green has been paid. Invoice # in red needs to be paid.
