Need undo or confirm button. The site is too trigger happy!
I filled out my banking numbers and routing, tapped on the amount to adjust and the whole transfer (double my amount, several thousand $) were transferred. This should not happen! Never. Very unhappy.

I'm looking for the customer name or the memo information on the receive payment screen.

Allow us to make additional payments. Ex: 2 months or 1 annual payment

Let me view all of my open invoices.
I am sent several invoices each month but I have to open each one separately. I would lke to open one window, log in and view all open invoices.

Mobile Phone Issues
I could not pay my invoice balance with any method using my mobile phone. I had to sign onto my desktop to pay this - I am not sure if there are existing issues with the mobile phone form but can someone please check this out?

Make the invoice findable in my account, without needing the email or link from the service provider!! There is NO WAY to get it otherwise!

Post any past due invoices on subsequent statement(s)
Post past due invoices to current statements rather than send statements giving appearance of no issues then receiving collections calls months later. Was on autopay then I received a collections call. There’s a break in the system somewhere. Has happened more than one time.
