Post any past due invoices on subsequent statement(s)
Post past due invoices to current statements rather than send statements giving appearance of no issues then receiving collections calls months later. Was on autopay then I received a collections call. There’s a break in the system somewhere. Has happened more than one time.

Sign in with Google available when paying invoices.
I do have a Quickbooks Online account with Intuit but I sign-in using my Google Account. When paying an invoice there's no option to sign-in via Google so I was unable to save my payment info for future payments without creating a separate login directly with Intuit (not Google sign-in). Hope that makes sense.

Show the Actual Balance due instead of only the previous balance due on main screen when you click to pay.
I would prefer to see the actual balance due rather than only the previous balance due when I click to pay. My email says I owe $90 (2 services), when I click to pay, the main screen says the balance due is $45 (1 service). I had a lawn service 5/31/19 and another 6/21/2019. I paid the invoice for both services on 6/28/2019, but had to manually change the amount I paid on the main screen from $45 default to $90. It is misleading.

Allow to do a partial payment or setup a recurring payment instead of one-time.
Allow to do a partial payment or setup a recurring payment instead of one-time.
This would allow people to perhaps spread the balance across more than 1 CC to not have a single CC with such a high balance. Or, be able to use a debit card to pay 'cash' for part of the balance and then put the rest on a credit card.

We have 4 digit postal codes and 5 digit zip codes. Or are you only a USA local business?
Great idea: Become an international business and not a USA local business. Stop using ZIP codes, it does not mean anything.

Separate client payment accounts!
I paid a bill online for a client over a year ago. I went to pay a bill for a different client, didn't see that the other clients bank info was selected (because I had no idea it was even saved in there), and mistakenly paid the bill out of the wrong client's account. This is huge problem and extremely embarrassing. Not only that, I happened to pay it two minutes before the cut off time, so by the time I saw that it paid on the wrong client's account and rushed in to cancel it, it was too late…

restore the option to print the payment receipt
i don't want to download receipts when a simple printed copy will suffice. it was better before the latest "improvement".

1-payment for several invoices
We have 10-properties that you bill us monthly for, can you put all properties under Pearson Management and list them separately on the invoice so I can just make 1-payment monthly instead of paying 10-separate invoices?
