  3. I think that the Payment Portal is a needless intermediate step.

    After filling the Order Form, a customer should be automatically sent to the payment portal. In my case, I purchased over the weekend, and didn't get the payment option until Monday. Seems like a needless intermediate step for someone at the company to then process the order form and send another email with the payment link.

  4. Simpler member to member payments

    When a QB member is paying another QB member’s invoice electronically, the payer should be able to choose one of their already-connected bank accounts, rather than having to re-enter the account and routing number every time. Every other popular epayment service allows for this

  5. Pay was auto Debit, entered credit pay info, then viewed invoice, pay info was deleted and went back to debit, so entered it all again.

  7. Not really AutoPay but being able to schedule payment

    It would be nice to be able to schedule the payment once the invoice is received rather than just paying it on the spot.

  9. Not have it take 20 attempts!!

    I had to try 3 different credit cards, 2 different computers, 2 different Browsers (Chrome and Safari) on each computer, and had to delete all of my cookies in Chrome before this **** payment went through!! I don't know why this is so hard. Finally worked on like the 20th attempt once I cleared all the cookies in Chrome and tried the 2nd credit card (first one I tried again didn't go through, even though it has enough money on it). Please make this process simpler!

  10. Messaging the payee

    Allow a space to message the payee- I wanted to note the edited payment amount to serve as a tip, but have no way of doing that on the submit payment form.

  11. Let the consumer edit the amt. paid

    I would like to make a payment greater than what is due, so I don't have monthly amts. due every month.
    The edit amt now only allows payments up to monthly charge.

  13. Double-Checking input

    When paying via Bank Account, double check bank account and routing numbers so as to not incur a fee if numbers are wrongly input.

    Send pay reminder early with pay link attached.

  16. auto bill pay for QBO users

    I can schedule recurring bills from my QBO account but I have to pay those bill one by one manually each month! It takes so much time! I really hope you bring the autopay option for recurring bills.
