Automatic payment
Allow to set up bank account for automatic withdrawal. Many rimes we juggle our own lives plus an elderly person = two households to maintain. It would be a time saver and assure that payment is timely.

Have paid easily for months, now it takes more and more info that was not required. It's no longer easy.
Described it above; now you want me to repeat? Not a friendly way to do business. I will seek to find another method.

1 click payment - Similar to amazon
1 click payment option on invoice- otherwise I have to sit down, pull out the card, enter info - Just adds delays and procrastinate to get the job done while I wait to batch process payments

Offer "pay by text" for recurring pmts;the day it's due(or before/after),send reminder text; I just click "confirm" & it's paid.
This would be so convenient, and can avoid people missing their payments, and can streamline the entire "collection process" hassle.
You can just send the reminder saying "we didn't get your payment which is due today, but if you confirm payment here, you'll avoid the late fee of $39. We will use your bank account on file ending in 5432. To make your minimum payment of $88 now, and avoid the late fees, click here to confirm your payment." So easy for the customer and the lender!
We can provide this service, if you do already not have it installed;…

Retain CC info when switching from debit to credit card
The default is debit card. I input my information, then realized I needed to change it to credit card. When I change over, the form data is cleared. You should retain the form data when I chance the option button (after all, debit and credit card require the same info).

Reassure the payor that the vendor has no access to bank account information
I was very nervous giving out my bank account number and routing number. I tried contacting intuit but they were just sales chat reps in the Phillipines. I just need to feel more secure that my information is not accessible by the vendor. I don't want a surprise down the road to find my bank account is being syphoned from.

Update Debit/Credit Card Infomation
PLEASE allow a USER-FRIENDLY option to update stored debit/credit card information! It is ridiculous that I cannot find any way to update my card. Remember, debit/credit cards EXPIRE and we should have an easy method to update. Ugh. Too bad my service provider only accepts this pitiful payment option (Inuit/Quickbooks). NOT user-friendly!!

Payment option is a MUST
My accountant let me pay her full invoice amount at the end of the year in 2 or three installments. An option for "other amount" is a must as I'm not able to pay upfront the full invoice. Give people the option to pay whatever they want.
