  1. I was unable to use my American Express card even after the biz owner verified that they did in fact accept them. Inconvenient!!

    Figure out the glitch with American Express payments. Works with some vendors, not with others?? No one with cust svc can help resolve...highly inconvenient. Also, don't blame the cardholder. My card works everywhere else and per their cust service it's def a QuickBooks/vendor issue.

  3. Nothing. It was quick and easy to process.

    I think it was pretty easy to process the payment. You could mention how many days before it clears. I assumed the contractor received his payment immediately. That did not happen, it takes 2-4 days depending on the financial institution.

    We would love to see quick book payments on our invoices so our customers can click on link to make payments, we are bases in ireland and we would like the same feature that ZERO offers on invoices, it make s life so much easier, is there any chance we can get it set up in Ireland?

  10. charge fees to customer

    Most places I go to now and purchase something the processing fees charged by the merchant are passed on to the customer. Why does Quickbooks not offer that as an option? I am a manufacturing company and we are wholesale sales, our margin is so low that I cannot absorb the processing fees. Most of the time the customer will pay it. I need that as an option so that if they chose to pay via CC or ACH, the fee is charged to them, not me.

  14. Simply have the month we are paying for on invoice and on the receipt.

    I have been asking since January 2024 to simply add the date of the month that is to be paid on the invoice and then add the month that has been paid on the receipt. Its simple.

It took me four tries to figure out that I needed to input all the account digits between two non-numerical, optical device readable symbols, even preceding zeros and trailing digits, even though I've never been asked to use them elsewhere. Probably you've run into a need in foreign transactions or bigger business systems. Whatever. Learning experience. Not getting paid for my time...Have a nice day.

  19. FIX YOUR AUTOPAY! You say I'm set up for autopay but it never goes through!!!!

    The Merchant can't understand why autopay doesn't work for me and claims other customers don't have a problem with it. Do you think you can fix this? I doubt it. I've been complaining for months. I would NEVER recommend quick books. They are antiquated!!!

  20. We need a way on our end to track checks sent out from QuickBooks.

    When we authorize for Quickbooks to send a check to our vendors we need a way to see for sure when the vendor has received that check or to find out where that check may currently be. I realize the mail is not most reliable these days so that makes it even more important to have a way to track.
