10. Non-Customer Contact Email / Live Chat

    I have tried now a dozen times to make a payment, for some reason it did not work not getting further than a spiny wheel, your support number in Contact Us is in the US and only for customers as I have to enter a Customer Number. I am not a customer but a client and live abroad.. . Please Improve your customer support options!!!!!

    PLEASE USE IN THE FUTUR A SECURE PAYMENT METHOD ! This is madness, any company employee could use my card info ! Also Pay pal would be a good idea.
    Also, your 20$ charge for shipping to FRANCE could be mentionned on the invoice.
    I see many dissatisfied customers on your payment methods, maybe it would be time to listen to us all ?
    Your company has been around for a while, time to get into the 21st century ;)
