Accepting credit cards on invoice.
The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

This method is great, keep it as it is.

I don't write checks ever. I mean, c'mon... welcome to the third decade of the 21st century! Making a payment via bank transfer is like writing a check, expect since I don't write checks I don't have my bank account and routing number info handy. I logged into my bank app on my phone to retrieve my acct/routing info. Even my bank is reluctant to give that info to me without answering more authentication questions and going through another 2FA process. Now, if my bank is being cautious to give me the info to my own account, why shouldn't I also be cautious about doing a bank transfer? Yet, QB allows the merchant to force a bank transfer payment option on their customers and expects us to hand that info right over in order to get paid? Looks like I need to tell my merchant to invoice me a different way if they expect to get paid. But, I'll tell you exactly why the merchant expects payment via bank transfer... it's because the merchant doesn't want to get stuck with the cost of doing business with a credit card transaction. So, yeah, QB is very flexible with their customers — the merchants — and doesn't care about the consumer — the merchant's customers. It's not about us. So, memorize your bank account and routing info, people. We're kinda screwed here. I guess the alternative is to find a different merchant to provide the same service with more flexible payment options.

Need to be more flexible in today's business world, and accept debit or credit card options. I understand this needs to be worked out with card companies as well, but I would like to see that as an option here.

With a credit card on file, it is easier to make a recurring automated payment.

I agree with all comments below - would rather use credit or debit card.... easier than having to put in bank transfer info..... especially for those who travel- who takes a check book info with them on a trip???

How about sending an invoice that we can read for our expense reports. I can`t even print it out the way it comes and cannot download it either.

I would like to use a credit card. Simpler, and I get points as rewards. Pain to put in checking account information.

It seems safer to use Pay Pal. I don't like putting my routing number and bank account number out there.

I pay my bills online with my debit card. I don't like using the routing and account number method.

It would have been easier if you accepted Credit cards without the 3% fee. Do not like giving bank information on line and would rather pay with a credit card. I will rethink using this vendor in the future. Pa
