I would like to be able to easily find how to login and see my account, whether it has been paid or not and to be able to pay. There seems to be no link like that on website. I have to find old bill, then it is not obvious if I have already paid it, hard to change credit card number on the invoice also. If there was an account with credit card on file, then would be easier to change when card numbers change.

there is a box for repeat each month using the same credit card arrangement; however, that box is not functional, and never has been.

When sending a bill via smail mail, do not use TWO "forever" postage stamps, if it only needs ... more than one, but less than two. THANKS!
Using TWO forever stamps ... usually means, it is a waste of postage.

The worst customer service and client retention I have ever experienced. You have no idea how much hate your company at this moment in time. I will never use you again and when I am asked what I think of you. I will tell the story of how you gave me bad advice and then charged me for a service that you told me I would not have to pay for.
