Retain CC info when switching from debit to credit card
The default is debit card. I input my information, then realized I needed to change it to credit card. When I change over, the form data is cleared. You should retain the form data when I chance the option button (after all, debit and credit card require the same info).

Improve the way credit card info entered
Several times I have entered credit card info and afterward clicked the "pay by credit card" button. Rather than retaining the card info just entered, your algorithm deletes all the card information and forces the user to start over. This is very irritating and of course laborious.

Automatically send access to allow online payments of invoices
Instead of sending a paper invoice, me emailing you to access for online payment access and then me paying the invoice. Do not send me a paper invoice, just send me online payment access emails.

Provide the option to save payment info on the confirmation screen instead of prior to submitting payment.
I don't want to have to leave the credit card (or bank info) payment screen to "create an account" before submitting the payment. Give me the option on the confirmation screen instead.
