Every single time I have tried to pay for six months, this method will not receive the payment, so I have to fill out a new card information, then it says "we were not able to save your information." So that means next time I will not be able to use the "saved" method, and I will have to fill it all out again.

Pay one QBO to another QBO and show as paid in BOTH accounts.
If i am logged in to QBO to pay another QBO invoice, it should sync to my account and show up as being paid as well to avoid double entry.

Please make the estimates just the same as the invoices so that we can see the status if the they have been accepted, viewed, or rejected.

It is a pain in the butt having to cal the customer to see if they have accepted. It feels like your calling from a debt collector trying to get them to pay and it makes you lose your customer/clients! just my opinion.

Use drop down menu's for expiration dates, so they cant be "key logged" by hackers
Please use current techniques to protect our credit card data, like drop down menu's for expiration dates and csv numbers, so a key logger or other hacking methods cant steal credit card info.

Printing receipt from Mobile device is none existent even through it is a choice.. Pretty Silly
Simple- When it asks if you want to print a receipt- The receipt should be there to print !!!!!

Charge the shipping with the order
I placed an order, and had to call for an amount for expedited shipping. I called, found the amount, agreed, but was only allowed to pay for the actual order. Then some time later, I was sent an email for the shipping charge... but I was working and did not check email. By the time I got it, I was paying all the extra money for high speed shipping, but the shipment was going out so late that it won't arrive until when it would have arrived if I hadn't paid extra.

The payment portal worked well - but payment terms should not be the same day that the invoice is issued - there should be payment terms
The invoice I received was issued on the 28th with a due dateof the 28th. There should be payment terms on the invoice rather than Pay the day of.

I was wondering if QB online gives this facility of uploading the vendor payments from A/P report to bank website for making payments online.

I never can remember my password so my saved payment method is not readily available. What a hassle!
Save payment method automatically without having to log into another account.

Confirmation Sent to Wrong Email
Every time I make a payment the confirmation email gets sent to David Morgan (davidmorgan@goldenhills.org) instead of to my email (jessikasheffield@goldenhills.org). Not sure why!
