Chrome shows insecure.
Concerned about the Intuit invoice portal as through Chrome it shows insecure. It gives a hacker alert through Chrome when I go to pay my invoice. I used Edge instead where it does not show that alert but that does not mean that the portal is not still vulnerable to attack. Cyber-attacks continue to rise and everyone in and related to the payment processing world needs to step up the security, so we all do not get hacked using the portal.

Don't make debit the default
Not sure if it will go through right, but after I clicked submit, I realized the form was set to debit instead of credit. Why did it let me click submit, when my card isn't a debit card?

You could require an answer to "Debit" or "Credit" before filling in card info.
The form resets when a user switches card type – "debit" or "credit". Then they have to re-enter info. You could require a "debit" or "credit" choice prior to card info so that an oversight mistake is less likely.

Work Stoppage of Bill Pay ISSUE
After the last software update I am having a problem with Bill Payment. I enter my bills under each vendor in the expenditures tab. Then I go to the Bill payment tab and from the register of outstanding bills listed there I select a bill to pay and then hit the save and print button at the bottom. This normally brings up the print page that I print onto my check. But instead of getting the print preview for the check lay out I get a pop up window in the upper right corner that states Bill is PAID!! But…

AutoPay - Too many barriers!
If I just typed in my information to make a payment, I should be able to use that info to set up autopay EASILY without further barriers of creating account, signing into Mint, etc.

Make email confirmation of payment mandatorily required by the billing party or at least be the defualt setting.
Email confirmation of your QuickBooks bill pay should be required by the billing party or paying customer should have the option on every invoice to indicate send me email confirmation and to what email, and this setting should be saved. It is really nasty to the consumer that apparently the billing party can turn off email confirmation. Small sometimes nefarious local businesses is where lots of little petty ripping off takes place by accident or on purpose. Don't you read the news? Get with it QuickBooks, this is the 21st century and consumers need all the real conveniences and protections…

Allow Debit/Credit Card as form of payment. This is 2022 FFS!
I do not have a checkbook, have not had one since 1994. Yes I have a bank but it took so much work to make this payment with your setup. Credit/Debt card could have been made in seconds.

Being able to see what was charged and on what day
Would like to see exactly what I'm paying for by individual services and dates of services, not a total of what I owe.

Make the sender's name the merchant, not "Quickbooks"
Send invoices from the Merchant's email, or put merchant's name in the subject line so one can tell it's not spam and who it's from at a glance.
