I always prefer to get an itemized invoice so I know what I'm paying for, not just one lump sum and assume it's correct.
send me an itemized invoice, not one total amt for all work done and I have not a clue what I just paid for.

Firefox no longer works to pay invoices
Until this month (June, 2019), I used to be able to pay invoices sent to me by my management office using Firefox. This no longer works.
When I click on the link sent to me to see the invoice in Firefox, the window in the upper right corner that should show the invoice says "Something went wrong". Even if I log into my Intuit account to pay the invoice, my payment options don't show up (my bank account) and even if I fill the account information in again, when I press "Pay", I get an error.

On mobile device (iPad), can’t check the box to save payment info
There’s an option to check a box to save the account info so it will display next time. But the box is broken on my iPad...can’t tick it.

Accepting checking account without additional processing fees would be an idea
Maybe additional processing fees can be waved if the customers pay by their back such as pay from checking account or debit card as the most major credit card companies usually will charge processing fees.

The limitation of $49,999.99 for each transaction is cumbersome. I don't remember this being the case on my first invoice payment.

Record my payment info so I can pay without entering all the debit card numbers every time I want to pay your invoice. I have tried for 3 mo
Please make your web payment system record the debit card info so I can easily pay without having to enter the card numbers every time I want to make a payment. I have tried for 3 months to get your web site to record my data and it simply will not remember the data.

Please allow pasting of account numbers. It’s 100% inaccurate to type it in after you’ve pasted it once have to type it?
I’m posting this as new idea because after over 1600 replies no one is changing anything. Why ask for suggestions if no one is doing anything about it? Please allow pasting of info it’s not accurate to have to type in something you just pasted. Thx
