Your verification system is awful. If you are paying the invoice from your phone you can’t access the verification code.
Stop requiring a verification code every time. If you pay with your phone you can’t access and use the code. How stupid is that? You should make payments easier to make not harder. I don’t bother to log in to your system anymore. WAY more trouble than it’s worth.

Add memo line
Just a line to describe payment made.

can you let me see the history of payments?
I could not remember if I had paid the invoice for May. I could not find a history of payments, or charges to check against the emailed invoice from May.

Note the last 4 digits of previous payment method on new invoice.
Since your system does not allow for auto pay it would be helpful if you noted the last 4 digits of the payment method for the previous payment on the current invoice. I have a few bank accounts and several credit cards and don't always remember which account I used to pay previously.

Can Customize and Print the payment voucher for each bill payment transaction
Add in the Print function for Bill Payment. And allow user to customize Payment Voucher such as insert company logo. Currently this form can only be found in the Print Form -> Bill Payment Stub. But the form is not allowed to be customized.
