Send me an invoice in the mail.
I like getting a reminder in the mail. I don’t always check my emails.

Pay in advance
Paying in advance would eliminate late payments. It would be convenient to settle any over/ underpayments quarterly or even bi-annually.

Format your receipt page correctly for printing.
The printout of a receipt took 2 pages when the data only covered about half of the first page. The second page was blank other than the date and page number so it is now a wasted sheet of paper. I see other people have reported the same problem.

Not wait an entire month to send an invoice and requested payment.
Why does it take a month to get an invoice? This should have happened at the close of the sale.

"View Invoice" in email should be View and Pay Invoice. Then links should be either to pay it or view it then pay.
In the email from QBO, instead of "View Invoice" link, it should be "View and Pay". Then the next option after selecting that is to either Pay the invoice (without viewing it) or View it then pay it. This reduces the number of clicks a customer has to go through to pay the invoice. Most of my customers know it's coming and what it's for, especially my value based pricing customers. Let them pay without the hoop jumping!

I clicked on print receipt. It previewed a blank page. Tried a few times before it worked.
