Unclear what I’m paying for
I shouldn’t have to click 3 or 4 pages to find out what this invoice is for. It should say “Invoice for DVD”

Editing Payment Amount
I was supposed to pay only 50% of the total and you would not allow me to change the amount to reflect that and thus I paid the full amount. You need to allow the payee to change the amount being invoiced.

Send a reminder invoice. I had completely forgot about this or I would of paid it awhile ago.
Send a reminder email when the ring is almost ready so we can pay the invoice.

Total
Provide flexibility/control of the payment amount so we can pay the total bill and not just the invoice amount,,, or, if we do not have the invoice amount available, provide the ability to pay less.

The amount due when you log into Quick Books never matches the invoice. Very hard to track what you owe.
It is so hard to track what I owe. The invoice says 1 thing then you click on the Quickbooks link to pay and it populates a different payment amount. So you can't really track what you are paying or how much you really owe and reconciling becomes difficult. If you are going to have an online payment system, the online due amount should match the invoice amount.
