Transaction ID improvement
Improve your Transaction ID's. Eliminate similar characters like O & 0 and 1 & I to prevent confusion. I just got a Transaction ID that included all these characters.

I don't see the hours that the employee worked this time. It is just the total amount.
An invoice that showed the hours the employee worked was seen before but I do not see it this time.

Making the authorization code available.
I work for a company that needs the authorization code to complete the billing with our accounting department. Your invoice only shows the transaction ID, Card information, amount paid, and whatever the vendor has listed. Please make this available.

Sorry it took so long - my HSA card wouldn't work to pay this.
The system would not accept my HSA card as payment.

Provide a "code word" for verification it is a valid bill
There's nothing really indicating the QuickBooks link is valid/from the actual contractor I am working with. It would be nice to attach a code word or image that the contractor can communicate to me (preferably not by email of course...). Heck, a picture of my contact with the company would be nice.

2 little words like "Thank you" would simply make it easier to swallow the big unfair penalty for such a minor and first time

There MUST be a better way to be able to present my side of the charges without having to pay some more fees to come to a Review process which, in my opinion, already has a foregone conclusion that I am guilty as charged. Even a traffic court allows a trial WITHOUT bail and if you lose on the trial at least the judge…

I receive invoice 15 days before it’s due, email can easily get lost or accidentally deleted, don’t want to pay sooner than I have to

Should have options to change or edit the amount of payment. I just overpaid $150
Again, like most i over paid by $150. should be allowed to enter or edit the amount owe.

Pending Sales Invoice Option/ Scheduling a Sales Invoice
I would like the desktop feature of marking Sales Invoices "Pending" added to online. We have very set invoice milestone dates that are outlined in our contracts. This feature was very helpful to us.
