Pay by phone because there are people that don’t know how to use computers.
Pay by phone, or mail a check, The old fashion way because some people don’t know how to use computers. Plus you need to be able to do your appointment over the phone. Because my sister has to help me when I go to the doctors. Thank you.

Make the Download Receipt button ACTUALLY download the receipt...
...goes to the business homepage instead.

I was only trying to pay $5,500.00 (50% deposit) and I could not change the dollar amount from $11,000.00

Quit making me verify my identity!!! I entered the password! Its me! So freaking annoying!
It is extremely annoying to have to verify my identity every single time I use this! If I log in, that should be it! If my trash service accepted any other form of payment, I wouldnt even use this ****!

Typing the confirmation for account number
I use a password software to fill out forms, I don't want to have to type the confirmation for the payment account number.

New invoice amount
It's annoying to see the total amount due on the account in big numbers when opening a new invoice received. Confusing to the clients. Need to see first the amount of new invoice in big numbers, then the total balance due.

Be able to see an invoice and pay from inside my quickbooks if it was sent through quickbooks
When an invoice is received from someone else who invoiced through quickbooks, it would be nice if I could just go to quickbooks and see the invoice to pay rather than having to access quickbooks from their invoice

ZELLE - I can send straight to your bank and not have my credit card number floating around!!! I'm uncomfortable with this method you use.
ZELLE option for bank to bank transfer - it uses your phone number attached to your account so I don't get your account number. I don't like putting my credit card info out there.

Become a bill-pay friendly business
Please include an account number on my invoice and a physical address for your business. I could then pay with my bank's bill pay tool, instead of using a credit card and then paying the bill.
