  2. I thought this was going to be automatic payment from bank account?

    I thought that this would be automatic payment from bank account, also, you have my last name spelled wrong. Starts with a D, not a B.

  14. Get me directly to the right screen

    I get an email from CheapScape and it brings me to the "guest" payment screen. I am a customer so I have to click on sign in then pay the bill.
    It would be nice to recognize my email address as a customer and bring me directly to my customer account and save me the extra steps.
