Online bill
I usually get the bill when it's already past due. Perhaps this isn't an issue for you. This bill due 8/16 but I didn't get it until today 8/24.

Receipt only shows invoice date due, not DATE PAID.
I am paying my invoice 25 days before it is due but the receipt is only showing the date the invoice is due, not the date I am paying it. Receipt could show both but at least date it is PAID.

Give option to pay other amount
Give us an option to pay less or more of the invoice due Incase we need to pay different amounts with multiple cards.

There's a reason so many of your customers have made this suggestion. I've been building web sites for 27 years; I know how little work it is to make this fix.

option to change invoiced amount
Allow an opportunity to change the amount of the payment. I was given permission to make payments, but the invoiced amount could not be changed in this current system. I ended up paying more than I am financially comfortable with at this time.

I would prefer paypal as a method of payment.....prefer the security of having my credit card and bank info in just one place.
Others have mentioned PayPal and I agree. I do not like giving card or bank information to multiple vendors, especially not knowing how secure their systems are. PayPal feels safer and easier to track if there is a problem.

Allow debit card to auto load
When you start entering card number site goes to section where card information will auto load but site won't take it.

Do not default to the Debit Card option when I have entered a Credit Card. Give me the choice before I have paid. I made this mistake several times because it's not obvious.

Couldn’t get signed in to my account
Had trouble signing in to my account so I can pay. Never received the code in my email to get signed in Tried several times. Please fix
