If I have 20 tenants, I do not know who I should charge for the service without a line where I can indicate who is to reimburse me for your service. The address does not always have enough information to distinguish the individual responsible for this bill

There is zero need to send a bill and send the 2nd one with the ****** little statement the very next day.
Not useful when considering how a business will be recommended to others. I fully understand if a bill were a fully week old, but the very next day is not customer friendly.

There should be a payment portal. This way you have the option to save your account information, preventing us adding it each time.

Allow me to pick a future date for payment to go through. I have to wait until near due date to pay QB bills instead of set up 1st of month
I try to set up payment of all bills ahead of due date, but cannot conveniently do that with QB payments, especially with vendors who bill more than a month before due.

Show BALANCE not just invoice amount.
When receiving an invoice, the total of the original invoice is shown vs. payments that have been made toward it. The invoice should show original amount + total of paid amount + amount currently due.

Cross reference the date of the office visit on the invoice.
The emailed invoice did not include the date of the actual service or office visit making it difficult to verify.

Quickly move from payment of an invoice to the next invoice you need to pay.
when you get to the pop up that shows you have paid an invoice, have a button to click for "Next Invoice" Customer then can enter the next invoice # they want to pay without having to start from the beginning every time.
