The first bill was sent on the 26th, then today (the 27th), a new one one day later, containing
Dear James Hughes, Just a reminder that we have not received a payment for this invoice yet. Let us know if you have questions.."
There is zero need to send a bill and send the 2nd one with the ****** little statement the very next day.
Not useful when considering how a business will be recommended to others. I fully understand if a bill were a fully week old, but the very next day is not customer friendly.
I have zero confidence this will be considered, but there it is anyway.
This is aimed directly at the AM/PM water damage company.
