On a PAID invoice, include the date paid & method of payment on the invoice
After I have paid an invoice a green "PAID" stamp is shown on the invoice, but that is all. In addition, I would like to also see the date it was paid, and the method of payment used to pay the invoice also shown on the invoice. Also please condense the invoice to one page. It is silly and wasteful to print a 2nd page that has 3 to 4 short lines of text that should easily be made to fit on one page. Right now even if you change print settings, no matter how small you shrink the text…

Pay another invoice
Create a third option after paying an invoice besides "Download receipt" and "Download invoice" that is "Pay another invoice". This would then take a user to their next invoice(s) to be paid.

Where did the credit card option go. Disappointing it is no longer available to me as a payment method.
Re-introduce the credit card option as a payment method.

Send all charges on one invoice. That way customers don’t pay sales tax on large bills.
Send invoices with all current charges, not piecemeal.
That way i don’t pay more than required

This is the first time I have paid a vendor using the QuickBooks Invoice Payments Portal. The initial payment screen is set to pay by debit by default. I filled it out with my credit card information believing I was making a credit card payment. When I began paying the second bill, I realized that there was a tab on the top to select credit card payment. Other than the upper tab the two forms are identical. You should indicate by the field where the credit/debit card number is entered if the entry is for a credit card or debit…
