Tell me that you've already sent an email
I went through the hassle of downloading the PDF and sending it to myself through my email account...
and then I noticed that you had already sent an email.Please, in your default "you completed a transaction" window, tell me that you've already sent an email with the txn details so that I don't have to bother with the PDF file.

Let me pay the total bill at once
My total bill is $380 but it will only let me pay one invoice at time. That's a waste of time.

Accept 4 digit zip/postcodes
I had to add an additional zero to the end of an Australian postcode for you to accept payment

Ability to print invoice before paying
When I receive an email with an invoice, representing a notice to pay, and I click the link to your website, there are options to pay or to view invoice. If I view invoice, I get a popup, but there is no option to print this invoice, and also it is not in a PDF format to download electronically. This is inconvenient and unprofessional. There should be an option to print the invoice, to satisfy the payer's business processes.

Clients should be able to see their payment history
Clients should be able to access their payment history for the vendor from the payment screen. My vendor provides services every two weeks but bills at irregular intervals. Payment history would allow me to determine easily and quickly that I am not being double billed.
