Improve Invoice Payment Experience with Faster Checkout & Ecommerce Integration
Getting an okay online invoice payment system needs to focus on speed, getting things clear, and working well with current ecommerce tasks. Right now, lots of companies do business on websites, mobile apps, or even automatic billing setups, so making invoice payments should just fit into what they've got set up instead of being a whole different thing.
One big change would be getting fast, smooth checkout processes that make paying easier and cut down on the steps needed to finish a payment. Shoppers are starting to expect mobile-friendly, easy-to-use interfaces where payment gets confirmed instantly and is totally transparent.…

mobile-friendly invoices
Adding mobile-friendly invoices with one-click payment options would make it much easier for service businesses like towing and roadside assistance to pay quickly. More flexible payment methods and instant payment confirmations would also greatly improve the overall experience.

Improving the invoice‑payments portal usability in QuickBooks Online
Hi everyone! I’ve been using QuickBooks Online’s Invoice Payments Portal and had a thought — it would be super helpful if there was a live progress bar showing when a customer opens an invoice, starts paying, and completes it. Something quick and visual so we can see what’s happening at a glance. What do you think?

By digitalizing payment
Hey everyone,
How about Apple Pay? Many people use Apple phones and devices. What if we use this as a way of payment? Nowadays, some food chains are also accepting Apple Pay, such as Sonic Drive-in1 vote -

When there is a failed direct deposit show more details
It would be helpful when there are direct deposit issues to have more transparency to best identify the issue and also to track money. Currently if thee is a direct deposit issue there is no way to verify account numbers and also no way to show if a payment has been processed elsewhere. I was informed nearly a week later that the deposit failed and when I contacted QBO, per their direction, I was informed that there was nothing I would be able to see about the failed deposit or returned funds (including in my bank account and QBO) until…

Any chance we can set up payments by autopay?
I would love to have this payment made by autopay rather than by invoice and pay each month.

Payment links should be able to assign to classes automatically
When you setup a Payment Link, either one-time or recurring, you should be able to assign that link to a specific Class within QuickBooks. Then any payment made via that link will automatically be assigned to that Class. As of now the only way to assign payment link payments to a Class is to go back into the "All Sales" screen, find the payment, and edit each individual one. This is time-consuming and leaves a lot of room for human error.

Better Invoice Customization for Branded Labels & Packaging
I love using QuickBooks for invoicing, but I was wondering if there could be more customization options for businesses that sell branded packaging and labels. For example, when I send invoices for custom sticker labels www.custompopcornboxes.com/product/sticker-labels/, I’d love to include a product preview or a more tailored layout that reflects my brand.
Has anyone found a way to enhance the invoice design beyond the current templates? Maybe a feature request for more visual customization could help businesses with branded products stand out.
Would love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks!

allow credit card payments :-) please
I wanted to use a credit card and that's not an option on the Payment page. I see it used to be an option but not today when I was paying our invoice. Our bank gives 'cash back' rewards and so I just lost out on a 5% bonus reward worth $250.
