Allow payee to request invoice corrections and make comments in the invoice payment window that are tagged to the invoice
Allow payee to request invoice changes. My invoice was originally sent to and incorrect email by the payment requestor. Then resent to my correct email later. The date on the invoice showed past due before I even received the invoice.

Please offer a "pay all open invoices" option for each merchant.
This merchant sends me multiple invoices a month. I would like to see an option for "pay all outstanding invoices" with the merchant instead of clicking on each and every email, so I don't miss any on accident. Super inefficient.

Can you add a page that allows you to print a PDF of online payments after it is confirmed successful?
Include a printout link on the online payment page that appears after the payment has been successfully submitted. The link should launch a window or page that allows the payment confirmation to be printed as a PDF.

assign an invoice template to each customer
it would be great to be able to assign a template to each customer so I don't have to pick it every time I create a new invoice. This would include custom email verbiage for individual customers.

2nd page to look over transaction before you pay
I accidently pushed the pay button on the amount when I thought it would open to more ideas. I want to delay it how can a person change the payment sent? There should be a second page to look over the transaction to make it so if you want to change something you can, it should be a 2-step process before you finalize to pay.

Update routing numbers for merged banks
My bank merged in February 2022. There is a new routing number. Online Invoice Payment won't accept the new routing number - only the old one.
