Get date right
I paid on the 4th at 1150 pm. It came out of my bank then. The receipt says the 5th. On the 5th I get a late fee

It won't let me print the receipt from my iPad
It has the green "print" button, but it doesn't actually print. It would be nice to have the option to download to iCloud files. I use the new iPad Pro.

once the invoice is paid allow me to go back to the invoice itself
Once I paid my invoice, I had no option to go anyplace from that screen. I would like to have been able to return to a place where I could see the actual invoice.

Offer an option to pay deposit
Your invoicing does not accommodate business that require deposits in order to start a project. When sending invoices it only has 1 option for amount due, it would be very simple to have a “deposit” tab that sends the amount due to reflect an amount of percentage the business assigns.

when i enter my credit card it continuosly puts the curser in front of what i just entered. constantly had to pause and move curser to back

Apply charge directly to your Quickbooks account with vendor info just like a check
When you pay an invoice in payments portal in does not put it under the account information for the vendor

Recent problems with using IE browser for payment
Recent problems with using IE browser for payment. I get a very brief look at the payment page, then the payment page goes total white out.
I have to switch to Firefox to make payment. This has happened the last 2 or 3 times that I have attempted to pay using IE which is my default browser. Please fix it!!!

Please make it possible for us to put a note for bookkeeping on what this was allocated for
Makes less work for our bookkeeper when we can put a note on your short form where we pay describing briefly what it was for instead of them assuming based on the name of the company. Makes less work at the end of the month or year and saves everybody time and money.

When adding billable time to an invoice
After adding time to create an invoice, next to the weekly timesheet for that time, there should be an indicative symbol (like the gray block in QB Desktop) to show that this time has been invoiced. Also, when it has been invoiced, the time should NOT be showing up on the Unbilled Time Report. We use this report to see which customers we need to invoice, and I recently noticed it is showing time that has already been invoiced. Please advise. Thank you.

Ability to block/remove invoices for Services you no longer use
I have a company that I have canceled months ago and they are still sending me invoices. I ask them to fix it and they say they will, but they never do and each month I get a new invoice. Quickbooks said there is nothing I can do about it - the invoicing company has to fix it. We need a solution that Quickbooks or I can do to solve this problem.

Browser compatibility issues
Sometimes the browser used is unable to display the page to make payment, but when I switched back to Mozilla, it worked. If the link vendor provided cannot work, please direct to a page explaining to payee if the version is too old or what is the issue so we don't have to delay payment by having to email the vendor.
