Security concern
Need to have better protection for individuals that are making payments. You rely too heavily on the person that is expecting payment to be made to send the correct link to the payer. The payer should have some way to hold the link that is sent to the correct account for validation. Seems to open to anymore that was provided that one link.
Suggest 2FA validation, email, and account number tie backs for complete transparency so that everyone is aware where the payment is going to and coming from.

i can't down load or view or print the invoice. that should be pretty normal operations one would think. but no, i can't do any of those things.

Make Download Receipt Work on iPad
Tapping Download Receipt on an iPad doesn't do anything the first time. Then it doesn’t even allow a tap after that. Download Invoice sends the invoice as data in the URL, which disables most ways of saving it. Please send it as an attachment so it can be easily saved.

Adding Account Nos to Invoices
The invoice shows a transaction ID. It would be better if there were also an account.membership number.

Add the invoice number on the payment confirmation page
When you pay an invoice, the payment screen shows:
Payment method
Transaction ID
Due date
Invoice total
Remaining balance
It would be helpful to add which invoice number(s) were paid with that payment, especially when you want to download the receipt and label it with the invoice number (which would also be a great idea--automatically label the file to download to include the inv# and date).

It's astonishing that Intuit does not do this already. It shows little regard for the security of your user's data.

issue with my ability to see texts..other
Please let me know if there is a way to get online email notifications of the alarm status as it changes instead of a text. My phone currently is not getting any texts and I have been paying for the service to be informed when my alarm is turned on and off for nearly a year but haven't been able to see what is going on. T mobile was not able to assist me and I am really frustrated with this. I would prefer to stay with your company for the monitoring if we can get this resolved.

Give an option to enter your own amount of what you want to pay.
Instead of just having the total invoice amount and only have the option to pay that amount, it would have been nice to have an area where I can enter my own amount. In this situation I wanted to pay more than my invoice as a tip, because the service that was done was exceptional.

The payment portal doesn't appear to work with Bing. I've only be able to get it to work using Google. Is there a setting in Bing or the portal that needs to be changed or is the payment portal specific to Google?
