Combine Invoices! Same merchant, just add them up! It's crazy to make me keep entering the same credit card info all the time. I thought QuickBooks was supposed to be high-end. You operate like a bunch of amateurs.

Allow separate QuickBooks accounts to talk to each other. A vendor sent a QuickBooks invoice to my email with a pay now option. I should be able to sign in to my QuickBooks account on that invoice, it would then automatically link to my QuickBooks account and upload the invoice into my records as well as link to Bill Pay to allow me to pay with my saved/preferred payment methods. This would prevent extra unnecessary manual work such as me paying their invoice through the pay now link, then me manually tracking the invoice and payment in my system afterwards,…

Incorrect pay status field
Status field is incorrect. My invoice stated, if paid by due date, I could deduct $10. I paid before the 1st, but the invoice status says partially paid.

Automate Invoice handling as Bill Payment
Since both vendor who is invoicing us and we have quickbook accounts, it would be simple to add them as a vendor if they are not already one, handle their invoice as a bill, make payment from default bank accounts, without any need to do manual entry for any of these.

Invoices Should Be Combined
Multiple invoices from same merchant should be combined.

Payment Options
Not save payment information in memory. Sometimes we may use a different card and quickbook keeps popping up previous card used information making it tricky to put in different card being used. What should have taken me 5 mins to do took me 15 mins.

Create rules for invoices paid within QB just like for banking transactions.
Can paying the invoice within QB create that invoice and mark it as paid?
I realize QB would have to know how to create all the data for that invoice/expense. But if you can make rules for banking transactions, I bet you can create rules for invoices received and paid all within your world.
