Can't improve on perfect. Paying the invoice was the easiest and fastest then any other site.

Better download receipt
The download receipt would be better if it is the original invoice with a paid stamp and the updated balance. I realize clicking the invoice again shows it this way but it would be nice to have that option immediately after paying the invoice.

View my total balance
I want to be able to view how much i have remaining to pay off on the account. I would also like the option to pay the whole thing.

After a payment is made, when you click "see Invoice", it should show the payment

Allow User Option to “Overpay”
Allow user ability to pay over the previous Balance Requested, to account for things such as a late payment or interest accrued not previously on outdated statement/balance.

Auto pay and store credit card data
Auto pay on regular monthly payments so I don't have to separately pay each month. On other charges, it would also be helpful if your program remembered my credit card data so I don't have to re-enter every time I pay a bill.

I automated the payment with this application but after a few months the invoice was not paid. I paid a large penalty for it.
Modify your program so that payments can be made reliably.

SEND ME A BILL; OTHERWISE I DONT KNOW HOW TO PAY!
I NEVER GOT A BILL FOR A PHARMACEUTICAL I ABSOLUTELY NEED. PAID $40 FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND NOTHING CAME UNTIL THE SELLER SENT ME A LINK TO PAY.

On an iPhone the bottom 1/3 of the page is covered by the PAY NOW message and legal terms. Tone it down some.
