Pay more than one invoice at once
Give the option to pay more than one invoice at a time instead of several transactions. I would like to see my overall total incase I missed an invoice previously.

I have quickbooks, vendor has quickbooks---one transaction possible?
I have quickbooks, and am paying a vendor who has sent me a quickbooks invoice. How can I pay with a company credit card, but integrate the transaction so that I don't have to take the additional step of turning around and entering the transaction into my accounts payable Quickbooks company.

Manually entering account information is ancient history!
Making me type in my account numbers manually every month is ridiculous. Allow me to setup auto pay / take paypal, credit or debit.

Include the vendor's W9 when making a payment
When paying a vendor invoice, include a copy of their W9 along with it so that we don't have to reach out to them separately to get this info.

Put the amount you want paid on the invoice instead of some random number and provide more time to pay.
I was told last Friday the service was being performed on Tuesday and was scheduled. I received an invoice this afternoon when I was out on the road asking for payment of a specific amount so the service could be scheduled for tomorrow. That is not consistent with what I was told. Communication could improve and would be appreciated.

QBO user paying my accountants invoice is unhelpful
Expected or Desired Behavior: When I open a QBO invoice in email it should automatically ask me if I want to login. once logged in i should be able to pay the invoice by selecting a bank account or credit card from the known accounts.
Current Behavior: I enter my credit card information and then in little print at the bottom of the form it indicates sign in to save the information to pay later invoices. Ok so I do that and everything I just entered is now removed and I have to start over and there is no way…1 vote -

let it take less time to get to the payee
get it to the payee faster, so that this is as good an alternative as venmo or paypal.

AS invoice payer, let me download an AR statement right after paying
After I pay an invoice, I can easily get a receipt and re-download the invoice. But how about let me, as a payer, just download my latest/clean AR statement so I can see if I missed anything!

Cross reference for payments
Please include an option to enter our client number or a memo as a cross reference on the payment. This helps us to allocate costs to different clients.
