QBO user paying my accountants invoice is unhelpful
Expected or Desired Behavior: When I open a QBO invoice in email it should automatically ask me if I want to login. once logged in i should be able to pay the invoice by selecting a bank account or credit card from the known accounts.
Current Behavior: I enter my credit card information and then in little print at the bottom of the form it indicates sign in to save the information to pay later invoices. Ok so I do that and everything I just entered is now removed and I have to start over and there is no way to simply select accounts that QBO already knows about because I'm signed in. Programmers and Product people should have to do the process they are designing many times so they know the real world road blocks they are putting up.
