Allow separate QuickBooks accounts to talk to each other. A vendor sent a QuickBooks invoice to my email with a pay now option. I should be able to sign in to my QuickBooks account on that invoice, it would then automatically link to my QuickBooks account and upload the invoice into my records as well as link to Bill Pay to allow me to pay with my saved/preferred payment methods. This would prevent extra unnecessary manual work such as me paying their invoice through the pay now link, then me manually tracking the invoice and payment in my system afterwards, or if I decided to use Bill Pay, I would have to send a payment outside of their pay now link, which would then make the vendor have to manually update their tracking of the invoice/payment etc.
